IF YOU ARE A SIRIUS SATTELITE STOCK HOLDER AND WOULD LIKE TO MEET WITH A LAWYER WHO SAID THAT WE CAN LITIGATE AGAINST THE FCC…PLEASE CONTACT ME AT RODGERS.SCHAFER1026@VERIZON.NET. WE CANNOT ALLOW THIS SITUATION TO CONTINUE!
Unbelievable! This is beyond ridiculous. The longest merger decision in history. The DOJ approved WITHOUT conditions, and the FCC should have been ready. They were suppose to follow the DOJ immediately. And now this.
The FCC have become obsolete…and they are delaying this merger further to flex what little power they have left. It’s pathetic. And I agree, legal action should and will be taken.
Didn’t Mel in a moment of frustration, let it slip that he was going to sue? He has done EVERYTHING the government wanted. I hope he sues. I really do.
This makes me more furious by the day! What a joke the FCC is. They are PLAYING with the fate of a company, its shareholders, and those interested in the future of satellite radio.
